Increase to Certain Fees

On July 22nd, the Board will be reviewing and possible accepting the District’s new rules and regulations.  The rules and regulations were updated for the first time since 2014.  Current fees and pricing have been updated based on current resolutions. 

New fees will be considered and voted on;

Fee Increase - Labor rate to charge will be increased from $40.00/hr. to 125.00/hr.  This has not been updated since 2014.

New Fee – Charge to any vendor or resident for water shut off, if due to vendor’s or resident’s actions or responsibility when service is required after hours or in case of an emergency.
                There will be NO CHARGE if the water can be scheduled and turned off or on during working hours.

All other fees stay the same.
