The Directors at the board meeting in June discussed ways to encourage less water usage. After receiving feedback from our residents in Paint Brush Hills and reviewing all pros and cons the board decided to move forward with these rate changes. Lowering the rate on the lower tiers and raising the rates on the higher tiers is to encourage less water usage.
