Many of you know that we have been working with the builders to reduce the amount of trash that is being spread throughout our community.  The board has approved the authorization of fines if the builder leaves excessive trash on their construction sites and their dumpster overflowing.  We have seen a dramatic improvement from the builders in the last two weeks.  We will continue to monitor their job sites and dumpsters.

We have been asked by the builders to reminder our residents that the dumpsters by construction areas are not for the residents use. Please refrain from using these dumpsters for any residential litter.

In an effort to help our residents, we would like to remind everyone that with the upcoming freezing temperatures, there are many different ways to help prevent frozen pipes.
